The Department of Paediatrics at Co-Operative Hospital Kattappana has experienced pediatricians who provide high-quality, short-stay, child-centric comprehensive healthcare for children and adolescents below the age of 15.
In offering our services to children, we take an integrated approach involving paediatricians, paediatric surgeons, paediatric nurses, nutritionists and other related consultants to deliver targeted care.We give utmost importance to paediatric vaccination and all routine and newly available vaccines as per the IAP schedule provided at our vaccination center. A child guidance department is envisaged for timely intervention in preventing and managing intellectual and behavioural problems of children requiring special attention. Department of Paediatrics is headed by eminent senior doctor, highly qualified and having experience in medical colleges and other famous hospitals abroad. All the doctors have good experience both in Paediatrics and Neonatology.
